The maintenance-free AS-100 is a lightweight yet powerful rotary shear that lets you cut fabric with incredible ease and accuracy. The MB-50 is excellent for narrow curves and sharp corners. For cutting single and low lays of material including cloth, knitted fabrics, plastics, synthetics, leather, lace, fiberglass, vinyls, etc. Use for slitting and trimming knitted fabrics when base plate is removed.

Best Deal
This is my second purchase of this cutter, I had my other one for about 25yrs. It has served me well! I do a lot of quilting and small sewing jobs and it works perfect! These Folks are the Best to Deal with excellent customer service! Thank You!

Light duty cutter
I purchased the AS-100 Cutter for crafts projects, mostly single ply cutting where I would use a scissor or rotary hand cutting wheel. It works fine and saves me a lot of time and effort. I would not recommend this for continuous use as it seems to heat up after 10 minutes of use. But it is perfect for the occasonnal cutting job where scissors are tedious and tiring
